We value your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG). Your information is processed confidentially and only for the purposes for which it was collected: fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, analysing website performance, and improving our services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless required for order processing or by law.
2. Collection and Purpose of Data Processing
a) Visiting our Website
When you visit our website, technical data such as IP address, date/time, browser, operating system, visited pages and referrer URL are automatically transmitted. Shopify and Cloudflare process these data to ensure secure and stable operation and for anonymous statistical analysis only.
b) Orders in our Online Shop
When placing an order, we collect: name, address, e-mail, phone number, shipping/billing address, and payment details. These data are needed to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery, and issue invoices.
Processing occurs through Shopify Inc. (Canada / USA), recognised by the Swiss FDPIC as providing an adequate level of protection.

c) Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout
You may check out as a guest or create an account. Shopify stores login data and order history to simplify future purchases. Accounts can be deleted on request.
d) Contact and Enquiries
When contacting us via form, e-mail, or social media, your information is stored to process your request. We retain these data while a customer relationship exists or for internal evaluation. No data are used for advertising or newsletters.
e) Internal Communication and Storage
We use the following providers for daily operations:
- Resend (transactional e-mails)
- Google Drive & iCloud (cloud storage)
- Canva (design; no personal data transfer)
All providers comply with international standards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by:
Shopify Payments / Stripe · TWINT (for custom orders) · Bank transfer.
Payment data are processed directly by the providers; we do not store credit-card or banking details.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post and international partners. Name, address and phone number are used solely for delivery. A tracking number is sent by e-mail. International shipments follow the privacy terms of the respective postal services.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our site uses essential cookies (cart, login, language) and analytical cookies for anonymous statistics. A cookie banner lets you manage preferences. Essential cookies remain active; analytics cookies only after consent. You may clear cookies anytime in your browser.
6. Web Analytics with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) for anonymised usage analysis. IP addresses are anonymised and cannot be traced to individuals. Transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Swiss adequacy decisions.

7. Fonts and Scripts
We use Helvetica and Montserrat fonts, hosted locally on Shopify. No external Google Fonts requests occur.
JavaScript libraries (e.g., GSAP, Three.js) load locally or via Shopify CDN and transmit no personal data.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop Lulu Amani by Kasper as well as to individual orders placed via e-mail, social media, or other communication channels. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Deviating agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2. Offer and Product Presentation
All jewellery pieces by Lulu Amani by Kasper are designed, created, and manufactured in our own atelier. Each design arises from a combination of traditional craftsmanship, modern production techniques, and high-quality materials.
Gemstones
Our gemstones come from responsible sources. Natural inclusions, growth features, fine fissures, or colour nuances are characteristic authenticity features of genuine stones and do not constitute defects, but rather express their natural origin. Some gemstones may be oiled or heat-treated for quality reasons – an industry-standard, permanently stable procedure that enhances the beauty of the stone without diminishing its value.
Metal Surfaces
All jewellery pieces are carefully polished, satin-finished, or textured. Slight artisanal marks, minimal texture differences, or fine polishing lines are typical of handcrafted production and are not grounds for complaint. The silver alloys we use contain germanium, which makes them particularly resistant to tarnishing. Over time, a fine gold- to champagne-coloured patina may form – a natural process of precious metals that makes each piece appear lively and individual.
Differences in colour and brightness between product images and the original pieces may occur due to lighting, screen display, or reflections and do not constitute a defect. Minor production tolerances in shape, weight, or proportions are due to craftsmanship and may occur.
Made-to-measure or custom pieces are produced exclusively upon request.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Lulu Amani by Kasper is not subject to VAT according to Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG); therefore, no VAT is shown or charged. Price, material, and exchange rate changes are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout according to region. For foreign currencies, billing is carried out in CHF; the conversion is based on Shopify’s exchange rates.
4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order via the online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.
For custom or made-to-measure pieces, a deposit of 50% of the sales price is due upon order placement. The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch of the goods. Lulu Amani by Kasper reserves the right to cancel orders in justified cases (e.g. pricing errors, lack of availability, or suspicion of misuse). Any payments already made will be fully refunded in such cases.
5. Payment
Payments are made exclusively via the payment methods offered in the shop (Shopify Payments, Stripe, and others). Payment by invoice is not available. For direct orders via e-mail or social media, bank transfer or TWINT may also be agreed upon. All transactions are processed via certified, encrypted payment providers.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post or international partner services.
Stock items: Dispatch within 2 – 5 business days
Made-to-order pieces: Delivery time approx. 2 – 4 weeks, depending on workload and waiting list.
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Within Switzerland, each shipment is automatically insured up to CHF 500. For international deliveries, the liability conditions of the respective postal or shipping service providers apply.
Shipping costs are fixed by region and displayed during checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges outside Switzerland are borne by the customer.
7. Retention of Title
Goods are dispatched only after full payment has been received. Until then, the goods remain the property of Lulu Amani by Kasper.
8. Returns and Warranty
Returns: Possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unworn and in their original packaging.
No returns for custom-made or personalised items.
Warranty: In the event of product defects or material defects, a replacement or repair will be provided.
Complaints must be submitted via the complaints form provided in the shop, including meaningful photos. The statutory warranty under Swiss law remains unaffected. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in the case of incorrect delivery. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or interference by third parties is excluded.
Resizing of custom-made pieces or one-of-a-kind pieces is not offered.
9. Care and Disclaimer
Please refer to the care instructions on the separate “Care Instructions” page. Lulu Amani by Kasper accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or storage.
10. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing, and use of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
11. Copyright
All designs, product images, 3D renderings, visualisations, videos, texts, and content of this online shop are protected by copyright and are the property of Lulu Amani by Kasper. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without express written consent is not permitted. The brand development of “Lulu Amani” is in progress; all rights to the name and designs are reserved.
12. Liability
Lulu Amani by Kasper is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damage. No liability is accepted for wear damage, scratches, loss of stones, or damage caused by falls or impacts.
13. Language
The German version of these GTC is authoritative. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; in the event of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
14. Online Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a consumer dispute resolution procedure.
15. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Olten, Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland.

Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Custom Orders (Made to Order)
Custom-made pieces require 3–4 weeks production time.
This timeframe depends on our casting schedule, design complexity, polishing work, and any final adjustments.
If gemstones must be specially sourced or ordered for your piece, additional time may be required.
Should this occur, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services are outside of our control.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship using trusted carriers such as Swiss Post or DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
High-value orders may include:

3. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the checkout price.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
5. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please include clear photos of the external packaging, the jewelry box, and the item itself so we can assess the situation and provide a swift solution.

1. General Return Conditions
We want you to love your jewelry.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
A return is only possible if the item is:
- unworn, unused, and in new condition
- returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, certificates)
- accompanied by a receipt or order number
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage due to improper handling, or missing components cannot be accepted.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom-made / made-to-order jewelry
- Custom ring sizes or individually adjusted pieces
- Personalized jewelry
- Items with gemstones specifically sourced for your order
- Sale items or heavily discounted products
- Digital products and gift cards
These pieces are crafted individually for you and cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued:
- to your original payment method
- within 7–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include photos.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement
- a repair
- or a refund
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Warranty
Our warranty is valid for 12 months from the date you receive your jewelry.
It covers manufacturing defects only, particularly issues with settings, joints, or structural components.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage from impact, dropping, or improper use
- scratches or normal wear
- damage caused by chemicals, perfume, cleaning agents, cream, or similar substances
- natural oxidation of silver
- damage caused by improper storage or incorrect cleaning methods (e.g., ultrasonic cleaners)
8. Gemstones – Important Warranty Information
Gemstones are natural materials, and each one is unique.
Certain characteristics are inherent to genuine stones and are not considered defects:
- natural inclusions, fine lines, or growth patterns
- color nuances or slight variations compared to product images
- characteristic surface features of untreated or minimally treated stones
The warranty also does not cover:
- chips, fractures, or cracks caused by impact or pressure
- damage from contact with chemicals, perfume, cream, or cleaning agents
- changes in treated gemstones (e.g., oiled or heated stones) due to regular use
- loose stones caused by mechanical impact or snagging
