The 5 Golden Rules

• Wipe briefly after each wear.
• Put on after cosmetics, take off before sleeping or sports.
• Mild cleaning, soft cloth.
• Store dry, soft and individually.

Daily Wear

Do

• Feel free to wear your jewelry in everyday life – for meetings, dinners, events or on the go.
• Wash and dry your hands before putting it on.
• Always put jewelry on after creams, perfume and make-up have absorbed.
• Germanium silver is suitable for daily wear and heat-stable up to 60 degrees.

Don’t

• Sports, fitness or gardening. These activities put unnecessary strain on metals and stones.
• Cooking and cleaning, as acids, heat and cleaning agents can stress materials.
• Sauna, steam bath or prolonged direct sunlight.

Cleaning and Shine

Do

• Lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth – ideal for regular care.
• For light film, soak briefly and dab gently.
• Clean Germanium silver a bit more frequently in the beginning to maintain its bright surface.
• Wash cleaning cloths occasionally to avoid residue.

Don’t

• Silver dip baths, aggressive cleaners, alcohol, acetone, baking soda or toothpaste.
• Ultrasound or steam devices, especially for sensitive gemstones.
• Rubbing with kitchen paper, tissues or coarse fabrics.

Storage

Do

• Store jewelry dry, dark and cushioned.
• Suitable options: velvet pouches, microfiber bags, padded jewelry boxes, faux leather with soft lining, travel rolls or cases.
• Store each piece separately to protect surfaces and stones.
• Use structured travel cases to prevent movement.

Don’t

• Transport jewelry loosely in bags.
• Place directly on rubber, leather, wool or untreated wood.
• Store openly in the bathroom, as humidity dulls surfaces faster.
• Leave jewelry exposed in sunny spots.

Gemstones

Do

• Mild soap, water and a soft cloth are sufficient for most stones.
• Protect from impact or tight-fitting clothing.
• If you notice anything unusual about a setting, simply contact us.

Don’t

• Use ultrasound or steam devices, except for securely set diamonds or sapphires.
• Apply perfume, hairspray or alcohol-based products over gemstones.
• Sudden strong temperature changes.

Gold

Do

• Gently refresh with a soft cloth as needed.
• Light cleaning with soapy water is fully sufficient.
• Be mindful around hard surfaces.

Don’t

• Abrasives, toothpaste, polishing pastes or rough sponges.
• Strong cleaning agents or chlorinated water.

Quick Fix and Service

Do

• If you notice anything unusual, set the jewelry aside safely and contact us directly.
• Send us a photo if something looks different — we respond quickly.

Don’t

• No DIY tips from the internet, no YouTube fixes, no home remedies.
• Do not continue wearing jewelry if anything feels loose, shifted or unusual.
